Drill-free means patients comfort
  • Implants can also be constructed in periodontally severely damaged teeth and subsequently inserted with root lengthening. In root lengthening, the root is cylindrically lengthened in the root tip area to better anchor the implant in the bone. The implant is then anatomically shaped in the root portion and cylindrically shaped in the extension.

    With this extended indication, it will be necessary to drill a little.
Drill-free menas No risk from surgery e.g. drilling and bone augmentation
  • There is absolutely no operative trauma or damage to neighboring structures, including dental roots, mandible nerves, and maxillary sinuses;
Absolutely flapless

No flaps, No shrinking of scars. The exact fit of the implant makes any additional surgical interventions like bone augmentation, guided bone or tissue regeneration completely unnecessary;

No Sinuslift
  • In over 95% of cases, a sinus lift is necessary for an immediate implant with conventional screw implants in the maxillary posterior region. The anatomical solution, does not require a sinus lift. Therefore, the anatomical immediate implant is the only dental implant solution that allows an immediate dental implant in the molar region of the maxilla without the need for a sinus lift. Sinus lift is very invasive and risky.
Reduced healing time
  • Because of the exact fit there is no need for filling bone gaps with bone substitute or bone, nor does the bone is forced to bridge gaps;
no periiplantitis caused by threads
  • Most importantly, there is absolutely no screw thread in which biofilm or food debris can become trapped and thus cause periimplantitis all the time. No one can clean a screw thread in the mouth, certainly not interdentally or subgingival. The screw thread is the breeding ground for peri-implantitis. Once the process of periimplantitis has started, it can no longer be stopped, but just delayed. At best, this can only be done at great expense in terms of time and money.
No Boneaugmenation
  • Since the anatomical implant is adapted to the bone, there are no gaps that need to be filled with bone substitute materials, such as cadaver bone, animal bone or artificial bone substitute to prevent connective tissue healing.
reduced over all Costs
  • Reduced health care costs. The overall costs tend to be lower compared to conventional implantology, especially considering that the patient generally does not require sick leave.
    A sick leave of one week for sinus lift surgery is the rule. We never every need a sinuslift.
patient acceptance
  • Due to the principle of "not too loose and not too tight", the implant can usually be inserted in less than a minute, which reduces the inconvenience for the patient to the absolute minimum;
